Consent Form for Photographer September 2025

Dear Parents / Carers,

We have arranged for our annual school photographs to be taken by a Professional Photographer on Monday 15th September 2025.

If a pupil is absent on the day, the photographer can not revisit the school. 

All pupils must be in full uniform.

All requests must be submitted no later than Friday 12th September 2025.
