Last week, our P7 girls took part in the Cumann na mBunscol Girls Indoor South Derry 5-a-side Football Tournaments, held at Meadowbank. From the very first whistle, the team played with energy, confidence, and determination as they competed in a series of challenging group games.👏
After some outstanding performances, the girls made it through to the semi-finals and secured their place in a thrilling final 🥅✨ Although they were unfortunately beaten in a closely fought final, the team never gave up and showed incredible resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship right to the end. ⭐️
The girls’ footballing skills improved with every match, and they represented the school with immense pride throughout. A fantastic effort from everyone involved - we are extremely proud of you! 🎉⚽️🙌
