On Thursday 5th March, we are thrilled to celebrate World Book Day at Lissan Primary School. This is always a special event in our school year, and this year’s celebration is sure to be filled with fun and engaging activities for all our pupils. 🎉
One of the main highlights of the day will be our popular “Dress as Your Favourite Book Character” event. Pupils are invited to come to school dressed as a character from a book they enjoy and love to read. 📖👗🦸♂️
We are also excited to announce that we will be visiting Cookstown Library 📍📚 on this day. The trip will offer children the chance to explore a variety of books and enjoy some exciting library-based activities, further encouraging a passion for reading. 🏫
We can’t wait for a day filled with imagination, creativity, and enthusiasm for books and reading! It promises to be an unforgettable experience for all. 🎨💭
