As part of P2/3 PBL learning, pupils brought ‘The Great Race’ to life through creativity, storytelling, and drama ✨📖.
They designed and created colourful animal masks 🎨✂️, carefully adding details to represent their chosen characters from the story.
Using their masks, the children retold ‘The Great Race’ through drama 🎭, acting out key moments and sequencing the animals as they raced across the river 🌊➡️🏁.
This engaging, hands-on activity supported storytelling, speaking and listening skills 🗣️👂, teamwork 🤝, and a deeper understanding of the narrative.
