Today, we’re celebrating World Book Day here at Lissan Primary School with lots of fun and imagination! 🎉
The highlight of the day has been our “Dress as Your Favourite Book Character” event! The school is bursting with creativity as students and staff transform into their beloved storybook characters. From heroes to villains, and everything in between, it's a joy to see everyone’s favourite books brought to life! 👏📖
We also had a fantastic trip to Cookstown Library today, where our pupils explored a wonderful selection of books and took part in some fun, library-based activities that are sure to inspire a lifelong love of reading! 🏫📚
World Book Day is all about sparking imagination, sharing the magic of stories, and encouraging a love for reading – and today has been full of all of that! ✨
