Our P7 class recently took part in the Microsoft Dream Space Live session, delivered in partnership with AsIAm for World Autism Month 2026.
These engaging, interactive lessons helped our pupils understand autism as a different way of experiencing the world - encouraging empathy, respect, and inclusion.
👩💻 Using MakeCode for micro:bit, the class created their own projects focused on:
✨ Communication
✨ Self-expression
✨ Sensory regulation
💡 The session challenged common myths and inspired our pupils to think about simple, everyday ways to make our school a more inclusive and welcoming place for everyone.
📡 It was fantastic to be part of a live, fully guided experience alongside schools across Ireland!
