Last week, P2/3’s play‑based learning took them on an exciting journey to China as part of their ‘Festivals and Celebrations’ topic. The children explored Chinese New Year through hands‑on activities, building an impressive Great Wall of China, creating Chinese‑inspired food, and using fantastic role play to take bookings for trips to China. ✈️🏮
These activities encouraged teamwork, creativity, problem solving, and lots of purposeful talk as the children shared ideas and learned together. A wonderful celebration of learning through play! ⭐🧧
